A Smooth Start with Encharge — and Great Support When I Hit a Snag
I recently purchased Encharge via AppSumo, and overall I’m very pleased with the tool — especially how responsive their support team was when I ran into a small hiccup.
From the get-go, setting up email workflows and segmentation was intuitive. The drag-and-drop flow builder is smooth; I was able to design customer journeys and behavior-based automations without needing any coding. It feels much more polished and user-friendly than some other solutions I’ve tried.
That said — on the first night I started digging into the dashboard, I couldn’t find any obvious subscriber count function. As someone who cares about tracking my list growth, that was a bit disorienting. I reached out to support, and they responded quickly. Within a short time they walked me through exactly where to find the metrics I needed. I really appreciated their efficiency and clarity.
On top of that, I found their referral bonus quite generous: they offer an extra 1,000-subscriber allowance if you recommend a friend. For someone like me who expects to grow an email list over time, that’s a nice perk that adds real value.
All things considered, Encharge feels like a solid choice for creators, solopreneurs, or small teams who want advanced email automation without complexity — and the caring support + referral bonus are an early sign that they treat users seriously.
