I don't know why I feel like the customer isn't the first priority here. Besides, it usually takes a really long time for customer service to respond. So I really don't understand how difficult it is to replace the Skype icon in the social section with the Teams icon? Unfortunately, such a small thing is what is key for us and one would expect it to be a small thing, but after several months of our request, to this day, our request has not been processed. I prefer not to know what would happen if we had some more serious problems with the service.

Nov 23, 2025Hey! Thanks a lot for taking the time to write this. I get why the icon thing would feel frustrating, especially when you’re just trying to keep your emails consistent.
Those icons come from a shared library, so we’ve been waiting on an update for Teams and Threads to land. I nudged this again after reading your message, but I don’t want to give you a timeline I can’t control. As soon as the update becomes available, we’ll roll it in.
If there’s anything else you’re trying to sort out in the meantime, just let me know. I’m happy to help however I can.
