Simple out of the box but has value

They provided really good support to my challenges.

You cannot customize the product much (unless you know code) and will need to pay additional for custom changes but I think its understandable based on the amount value this product can bring with the reasonable base pricing.

Best Support and Robust Product

All I can say is thank you thank you THANK YOU!!! FINALLY A WAY TO SALE TICKETS WITHOUT RIDICULOUS FEES!!!

Literally it’s like Freedom from high fees for 3rd party ticket and payments processing apps. Ok everyone knows you have to pay credit card processing fees but there’s a reason most average event promoters and websites don’t have there own ticket store!!! ITS EXPENSIVE!!! Eventmiepro intergrated everything you need to run a successful ticket platform. Ok I will say when I first got it I could do nothing with it because I’m just not experienced enough with installing anything I barely know how to install a php Wordpress site. So it’s safe to say installation IS NOT I REPEAT NOT for the beginner or no code designer. With that said the installation is free and the customizations are in expensive and let me tell you I asked for several customizations. Changes, upgrades, fir just like an extra $160 bucks I got brand changes, they set up my mail boxes for me, they set up my google maps. They even put events and dummy data in for me. And then came the launch… small things hear and there would pop up and I sent an email and boom my response and fix was done quickly and efficiently. The only thing I wish was that they were in my time zone. There’s a 12 hour difference with this tech team so now I know what time to send all my requests, any errors or adjustments they will fix for free. I did upgrade to the high level of eventmepro because it was worth the additional capabilities. So far our first event is going well. We received the funds and the clients are happy and that’s all I can ask for.

Loved the customer service

I must admit, they have made this so easy….😍😍😍😍😍 when I had questions they were answered quickly and taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. The staff was pleasant, helpful and a joy to work with. The patient they showed me, when I was going through creative confusion was a delight team with. When I needed information, they were a spewing fountain of information. Well done 🤩😁Thank you again 😃🥰

Still waiting

I am excited, but I am still waiting.

I bought the APP on Sunday and I can't wait to get it installed as I have events next week.

Every time I write to customer service, it takes an average of 24-48 hours for them to get back to me. It's really frustrating!

Stress is building as I have multiple events to launch next week...they said that it would take 24 hours to install everything for me. Still waiting...

I really prefer customer service with a chat, phone number or at least quick replies to my emails....I am still optimistic...I will come back here to adjust when everything is set.

Nice Platform

I really like the layout and ease of use of this platform and plan to put it test in the next few weeks. Support has been great to work with and looking forward to using this for the front end/registration/ticketing process for a virtual event. Only suggestion would be to allow easy customization of colors and buttons, etc.
