Are the formulas and everything else in this course for Excel the same as Libre Office's "Calc"?

Also, do you have an opinion on the closest match to Excel from other spreadsheet tools if Calc is very different? Google Spreadsheets, Mac Numbers, etc.

I want to make sure this course is just as valuable for non-MO Excel users. Thanks.
