First of all I want to say thank you to Chirag, and the team, for sorting out my error so quickly. Support is second to none! I had a slight hiccup when I first signed up, I entered the wrong email and confused things. I started a chat on a Sunday and was immediately connected to Chirag (the founder). He helped me sort it out and even offered a video call, which was really helpful. He explained the vision behind Feedspace and I shared what I needed. The call convinced me even more that it was the right product for me. I’m thrilled to be using it.

Feedspace does exactly what I was looking for, and I've been looking for a while. We needed to build reviews for our hotel website, and many review tools don’t capture sites like Booking, Expedia, or TripAdvisor. Feedspace does, and it goes further: it can collect reviews directly on your website and supports text, audio, and video reviews. The video option is especially valuable now with so much AI-generated text, video reviews feel more genuine and build real trust and social proof.

What I like most:

* It actively drives reviews and supports text, audio and video submissions.
* It aggregates reviews from across the web into one place.
* You can display reviews how you want with widgets, a “wall of love,” or selective displays.
* If customers write a review, you can prompt them to submit it to other platforms (Google, Trustpilot, etc.) they just log in and paste it with a click, which helps centralise reviews that are otherwise scattered.
* Setup is straight forward and the backend is well thought out.
* It is highly configurable
* You can add a video to the initial review form and the thank you page. It's a nice touch and makes it more personal.
* Custom domain for keeping the review form(s) on brand. I wish I'd got more than one but Feedspace have made a special price
* It’s basically “set and forget,” but flexible if you want to tweak things.

Improvements I'd like to see:

* More custom domains especially for higher tiers 4/5
* To see which workspace I'm working on top right near my profile picture. It is bottom left only and is not obvious to me.

I have gone all in and picked up Tier 5. I'm looking forward to the agency solution that they are working on.
