Q: Can we now embed YouTube videos in the flipbook?
I have seen a couple of similar questions or requests and the answer was it will be added soon, but I have yet to see a confirmation that it was already added. Was it already added?
It’s a great product, and I’m finding it really robust. I think a great additional feature, would be giving FlipLink end-users access to a comprehensive built-in dictionary, whilst they read. Or better yet, it would be brilliant if Sumo-ling owners were given the ability to create and upload their own tailored, in-depth reference libraries. That could make the FlipLink flipbooks far more useful...
Q: Changing OTP Verification Email Language and Addressing Character Encoding Issues in Portuguese (BR)
Hello, I would like to know if it’s possible to change the language of the OTP verification email. I currently need Portuguese (Brazilian).
On another note: when I customize the language to Portuguese (Brazilian), the special characters are not displayed correctly; they are converted to some code. I'm referring to the menu Settings > Language.
Q: If I buy 3+ codes, do I get unlimited team members or still 10 members?
Thanks!

A: Hello esun,
10 team members is a soft limit ; once you add 10 team members and want to add more ; just send us an email to [email protected] ; and we will increase the team members limit to your account at no extra cost.
I am curious what is your use case to have more than 10 team members.

Q: Flipping after downloading pdf
Can the flipping features still be maintained even after downloading the pdf or it only works on the web?
