Hey there! I currently own T5 for Followr and I just purchased Followr Studio T3... I'm still somewhat confused about what the "Ai Pro Credits" does here in "regular" Followr, if I were to get the T10 plan, and what the API feature would offer me in T10, please and thank you. Since I have Followr Studio T3 now, does that give me the same Ai Pro Credits to use your built-in LLMs even while Im in T5...

A: If you redeemed your Followr Studio T3 into the same account as your Followr T5, then everything gets merged automatically.
You should now have your T5 benefits plus the Studio T3 benefits. That means ~3,500 extra media credits and 30 additional companies added to your initial t5 followr setup. You can use our built-in AI models with your credits. You won't need BYOK Studio unlocks the Studio...

A: I think there may be some confusion here. We never offered API access as part of the original LTD.
What we did introduce was BYOK at no additional cost, allowing users to connect their own AI providers, and more recently Import from CSV, which lets all tiers schedule content at scale without using a single AI credit.

Why, at 1st Level 10 customers, have they been able to enter their own API, but now we have to pay $99.00 per month for something we had the BYOK option? Sounds like a problem!
Ok so this is about BYOK, not the API. BYOK is still fully available to you at no extra cost — nothing’s been taken away. You just need to keep your provider credits funded, like before.
The $99 is optional and per year (not per month). It’s only for users who’d rather skip BYOK and have us handle access to some of the pricier models instead.
