Q: Roles and Permissions in Company-Tier Accounts

Hi , I purchased your tool with 8 tiers, and I’m really happy with it so far!
Quick question: I noticed that in a company-tier account, there’s no way to assign roles or admin rights to users, and users can also create new company accounts. Is this expected? Thanks for your help!

A: Currently, we don’t have the ability to assign roles or admin rights in company-tier accounts, but it’s definitely on our roadmap. We plan to roll out this feature as we continue optimizing our development process.
