No, you can't set up your team members to get their own payments separately, in an automatic way with Forento. Each academy has a single payment gateway connected (such as Stripe or PayPal). How you then split the money across your team is to be managed externally.

If you wish to have a setup like the one you're describing in your question, you would have to build three seperate Forento academies, on seperate accounts.
