Lots of potential
NC23's review is spot on.
It's going in a great direction, with a lot of potentials, but they would need some stuff fixed in the short run if they want to retain users. For me, the biggest frustration right now is the speed.
I just ran my internet speed w/ 380Mbps, but I am experiencing a lot of lags from just clicking the buttons within the platform. Moving objects, aligning things, etc, those can wait, but if the page lags by 1-2 seconds, it makes it harder to be productive - so please make that a priority.

Sure, it wasn't your internet speed. I can speak for Fresh Proposals tool only. Though we have seen huge surge in the usage (AppSumo + Free trials), I'd not put that as an excuse.
Without a doubt, you should not experience a lag while editing proposal.
So here is the thing.
We have already identified few areas (typical in case of high usage) where we can improve the speed, interaction. We've already fixed some of these areas (and I hope this will make it better) but we will continue to refine it for superior performance.
To get additional data points, I'm keen to hear if you've noticed any specific page/ operation where it dragged/lagged. Please share those to our support channel or we will set up a quick session to get clear idea.
