I have not done my review yet on product hunt but it will come soon. 1- I was about to upload my video and then it's says i have only 15gb yet on the LTD i purchased, it says unlimited video. or is it not true at all? (some misleading information maybe) 2-Please I wonder, how to remove a user,i'm the main owner but i can't find where to do so? 3-I dunno why but i cannot see all my plan details when i press "plan & subscription",there is something written there without any useful details. Yet I wanted to know how many users (role or team members) can i still add, but my plan is supposed to have the ability to give 10 people the access. hope you'll answer here. Cordially.

Our users have found GetShow's offerings to be a key addition to their marketing, outbound, L&D, and course creation toolkit. We see the bandwidth and hosting to be a relatively minor value add as compared to the custom analytics, outreach, white-labeling, and HLS streaming...
The bandwidth is with respect to video loading, video run time, and video storage.
Video hosting refers to the units - we place no limits on how many videos you upload (be it ten 20GB video or one thousand 50MB videos)
We do not currently have integrations with S3 or Publit.io, though we would like to understand your use case better and see how we could accommodate you in the future....
Thank you, but that is still confusing. Do you say we can upload as much video as we want. But you also mentioned the storage limit as part of the limits is 500GB. Can you please clarify?
Usually bandwidth limit refer to the traffic, incoming and outgoing for viewing videos. So is this to 500GB limit?
Do you provide CNAME? How about white label or custom branding?
Thanks. Sorry to say, but that is a stupid model for bandwidth usage. I have never seen a deal calculated like this. I make absolutely no sense. Don’t even advertise as unlimited because that’s just make it look like a bait and switch.

Q: Is there any possibility to fetch and display content by making a REST API call to an external API (my API)?
Eg: This would allow me to display a unique discount coupon code to each viewer. It would be great if I could pass the querystring parameters that launched the video to the API, so that I can track which user is viewing and associate a distinct coupon code with them.

It's the final countdown and it looks like it has been a few weeks since you have responded to questions.
1. With three separate side hustles, can the top tier support three brands?
2. What plan does this match to on your website? I read 'starter' and then 'pro' and then a major update that will cost additional and then, and then...I say to myself...this sounds a bit like a bait and switch.
3. I have no idea how to use this as an agency / Sumopreneur with clients.
4. Hooray for 60 days!

Let's take the following scenario and break down how and when your 500GB bandwidth gets used:
1) You upload a five 10 GB videos: 5*10 GB = 50 GB
2) Your audience views these videos 10,000 times consuming 20 MB each session = 200 GB
Your bandwidth consumption is calculated by adding point 1 and point 2;
Balance Bandwidth = 500 GB - (50 GB + 200 GB) = 250 GB...
