Q: resize photo and portraits
Hello, are we able to resize our portrait images or any other images? I just tried to change my portrait and the system went to a black screen showing internal error. Thank you

Edited Mar 25, 2025A: Hi jojogo. Yes, you can definitely do that. Make sure to upload JPG, PNG or GIF. You can either upload from inside of your room or from My Accounts Page. Make sure your picture is not BMP. If the issue persists, please reach out to me in the support.
