This tool has a lot of potential – being able to define processes and controlling them (or other tasks) using webhooks is powerful!
In its current form the tool is lacking. For example, it is not possible to change the text of workflow items later on. But I hope that things like this are improved later on.
Definitely one of the tools that I am happy to have once these things are improved. I can see many use-cases for it.
I hope it can be used with external clients. The current stacks seem to be geared towards internal (team) users.
