YMMV....visitor location is too broad

In it's current form I don't think this is going to be of much use for me. I'm a photographer so I operate locally and deal with consumers in my local area...and a few small businesses too. The reason I decided to give it a try is because the HappierLeads rep that was answering questions here on AppSumo plainly stated that it can identify individuals (US Only) in addition to businesses. While HappierLeads is identifying some individuals as website visitors, the reported visitor location is just "United States". For this to be useful for me, I'd really need for it get down to the metropolitan level, or at the very least the State.

If you are a B2B and/or you can handle customers/clients from outside your local area, this may be great for you. It has a pretty easy to use UI, offers automations and email campaigns, you can use WebHooks/API to get info into other tools. It seems like it'd be a good tool, it's just not geared for those that operate at the local level.

Trash. Don't waste your money.

First, redeeming your codes is the most excruciating process on this site. I've never seen anything like it. The second I tried activating my first code, I was hit with an extremely long load time, until I eventually got an error. I tried again, and the pop-up said an account with that login already exists. I figure-- okay, it crapped out on the login, but it still created the account. So I logged in.

Time to redeem my other codes. HOLY SMOKES, what a process. First, when you want to stack your codes, your given about two seconds before the pop-up disappears. Why? Just why? What is the purpose of that? When I finally realized the codes weren't redeeming, and the pop-up module was just vanishing, I had to master the stupid idiosyncrasies of the pop-up to stack my codes, and even when I figured it out, I could only redeem 3 of 5 five codes--- Why you ask? Because the load time between each code was 5-10 minutes! IS THIS A JOKE?

I said 'eff it' we only have ten days to test it out. I'll figure out the rest of the codes later. So I entered a default website that is under production, a personal site, and one from another client. I found that it duplicated one of the sites, and the default site in my (and yours) workspace is called 'Default'-- not your site name, but just 'Default'. So I have 4 sites in use, when it should be three, and the names are displayed in a piss-poor fashion. The first site you enter will just be named default in the dashboard (it will drive you mad). So you site switcher will look like this:

site B
site C

The rest--- well-- it's just plagued with load times. LOAD TIMES EVERYWHERE. Even if you haven't loaded any data, the load times are INSUFFERABLE.

Honestly, after such a bad start, I didn't have the wherewithal to go any further. Thank god for the refund policy.

Not perfect but very useful.

I have tried various tools to find B2B leads, but Happierleads was the one that gave me useful results for a significant lead recontact. Of course, it is not perfect for every lead but with this kind of tools it is normal. It is super easy to use and integrates great with Zapier, so it did not take me long to set it up. The thing that struck me is that it can find out who the anonymous visitors are that normally escape. Thanks to this information, I was able to do more targeted outreach and get better results.
The interface is intuitive, even if at the beginning some functions a little more advanced made me waste a moment to understand them (but nothing major). I must say that the support did not answer me right away but when they did they were very helpful. In short, for me it is still a good tool for what I have tried and they seem motivated to work well.

But what do you sell?!!!

I bought 3 codes. Already while I was installing the plugin, I noticed that it had not been updated for over a year and this left me perplexed. I did some tests and it gave me addresses of Italian companies in different areas from each other, totally random. No real data!!! Perhaps the worst product I have tried on appsumo!

Great potential. But a total miss.

Happierleads.com has significant shortcomings, particularly in customer support and data accuracy. The support experience is frustrating, with George often taking days to respond, leaving issues unresolved for too long. The data collected is highly unreliable; the IP tracking is inaccurate, leading to mismatched or irrelevant visitor information. For instance, my own website appeared on Happierleads, but the associated company profile was filled with random names of people who don’t even work for me. This lack of precision and poor support make the tool unreliable for effective lead generation
