To those with custom domain issues: I received an email from them last July 24th. Included at the bottom portion of that email was information about the new CNAME and a link to a guide on how to update the DNS record. I almost missed this important info as it was sent together with other product updates. My suggestion to Heybase team is to send a separate email for important annoucements like DNS changes to ensure that they are properly received by the users. So now, after updating my DNS and waiting for a few minutes, my custom domain is working perfectly. And I'm also happy with the new updates and features on the platform! 🙂
Heybase doesn't appear to be a live product any more. Zero support. No cname branding works any more. The product every day has mongodb errors so people cannot log in. What's up? Will you be providing support for your product in the future? or is it just a dead project?
Did the custom domain feature with Appsumo get removed? I was using our custom domain until recently and not able to change it.
