Was going to buy but the sellers do not reply to questions. Will not take the risk.

Can we get some help/training on how to filter out suppliers and products? I would be interested in a candid answer that does not start with "help docs" or "video tutorials".

I've been interested in Inventory Source for a long while as I can see the potential in it. However, the vast number of products spread across a big number of suppliers makes it hard to select an integration that works, even for a niche store (maybe except adult and a couple of others). And then, after selecting a supplier, you need to select products that do not play around with their pricing strategies so you pay for the marketing and they get the sale. And you can do an advanced search and select products that have a MAP requirement. But, it gets better, even with a MAP requirement, this is what you get, for example:

Wholesale

$683.71

MSRP

$820.45

MAP

$649

So you pay a Wholesale price of $683.71 + shipping while the manufacturer/dropshipper can easily set a price of $649 (Minimum Advertised Price) on their Amazon account and website, for example, and comfortably undercut your sale after you paid in for all the marketing and hard work.

I paid for the offer hoping the prices strategies have changed, but you will not easily find competitively priced products. That makes it a losing proposition and might only work if you are looking for products to populate your store with until you find better dropshippers, more respectful of your time and money.
