Knowtworthy Reviews

I really dislike wasted time in meetings. Most of the time I feel participants don’t even know what the meeting is actually about! Knowtworthy strives to make meetings useful again. Initially it was a bit difficult to understand how to add meetings but their help/knowledge base was very good. Some other great features include:
- Able to add todo (checkable) tasks to each meeting
- Meeting notes can be edited simultaneously
- Great customer support. They reply quickly and are very friendly
- Team permissions, so different groups of participants can only see the meetings they are members of
- Can add “anonumous” participants without the need to sign up, great for participants who just need to be an observer
- Continous updates, awesome!

Improvements needed:
- UI interface could improve to make it easier to use

There’s a magic sauce to make meetings work, I think Knowtworthy is on the road to that but some features are still needed. Fully stacked!

While it is still early days for Knowtworthy in some areas (especially in terms of integrations), I like the focus of the app on its core philosophy - increasing meeting productivity - for which it offers a great foundation.
The interface is clean and unnecessary ballast is avoided, which really makes a difference and feels quite refreshing.
Alex & team are second to none when it comes to support - their level of support and quick turnaround has really impressed me!

I am writing my first Review here at Appsumo (Although i bought more than 200 products so far). I liked the idea behind the product, i think it can be developed very well and be one of the best Meeting management products out there.

I've tried a number of other meeting agenda apps and this is the first one that I plan to keep.

Knowtworthy makes creating (and sharing) Agendas and meeting action items with meeting attendees simple. My team loves the shared Agendas, and I noticed a definite increase in preparedness from meeting participants when I used the Knowtworthy agenda vs when I send my usual sad google docs. 😂

The ability to have transcripts of meetings made live or to add recorded meeting files for transcription after the fact is a great benefit, but I'd keep this deal even without the transcriptions (the Agendas are that good!).

Customer support has been amazingly responsive and helpful.

If you are looking for a way to make your meetings more productive, Knowtworthy is a must-try!

I like the idea. I purchased Tier 3. The experience is NOT intuitive. The online help is lacking. There are bugs in the program. When you create a new "team" it automatically creates a group for "actions items." When you delete a team, the group for action items is left behind. You can't rename a team and trying to create a meeting with transcription enabled is confusing. When you create a meeting from the dashboard, it says transcription is disabled unless you create a meeting from the "organization." Which is confusing, because the only way to create a transcription enable meeting is to go to the team view and create a meeting from the team's dashboard. Also, if you're interested in joining the "community," presumably to participate in the forum, you're given a login screen but no way to register - even though the invitation email says you can register. I'm going to give them a chance to respond to my email support requests, but this is far from ready for prime time. I'm certainly not ready to have my teammates join. They're going to be confused as hell.
