Q: Is it possible to provide access for certain coaching clients to a library of content?
ie coaching clients who purchased a master level receive access to a collection of recordings that are not available to other clients? or available to coaching clients who have purchased an add on.

LeaderJam doesn't support different access levels at the present time. All participants, including those in coaching programs, have access to your content, recordings, courses, and 1:1 coaching sessions. (Your concept is interesting, and I will ask the development team to consider these elements for future product releases)
