- Hey Zach, I really like what you've built and I thought I'd give it a try. I first purchased Tier 1 on Appsumo and then saw that the community is only in the highest tier. So I bought the highest tier, which I understand corresponds to the Ultimate Plan. But still, the community is deactivated. Why? Also: How can you create descriptions in the Knowledge Base or the Resource Library? The Resource Library is just a collection of links to download documents and not a helpdesk, correct?

- Hello :) I’d like to know what your definition of “Learner” is, because depending on that, your offer may or may not be relevant for me. I work in a small organization. I never have more than 10 apprentices at the same time in a class. Once a learner has completed their training, can I replace them with another one? Basically, I’d like to have a maximum of 10 learners at once, but with the ability to rotate them.
