Q: Multiple questions
Hey Zach,
I really like what you've built and I thought I'd give it a try.
I first purchased Tier 1 on Appsumo and then saw that the community is only in the highest tier. So I bought the highest tier, which I understand corresponds to the Ultimate Plan. But still, the community is deactivated. Why?
Also: How can you create descriptions in the Knowledge Base or the Resource Library?
The Resource Library is just a collection of links to download documents and not a helpdesk, correct?

Nov 15, 2025A: Hi Hajo, Thanks for the kind words I really appreciate it.
The Ultimate tier is a subscription tier that was added during last big Learniverse update as an unlimited limits tier (unlimited AI credits, courses, document storage, etc.) So it is an upgrade for Tier 4 and very hard to do an unlimited limits tier in LTD.
You can't create descriptions in the Knowledge base -- but thanks for the great idea. I will implement that!
The resource Library will be eventually upgraded into a helpdesk format. For now it's just documents, but later it will could be help articles, videos, etc.

Can you please explain, how the actual subscription plans map to those: “All future Basic (Tier 1), Premium (Tier 2/3), and Professional (Tier 4) plan updates”?
Each item in the kb & resource lib has a description field, that’s why I asked.
With a helpdesk format and community feature, Learniverse would be exactly what I’m looking for. Otherwise I guess I need to
refund.
