Hello and welcome to Appsumo.

I was wondering if this could be used to run my coaching business. As it seems to take bookings and payment. Would I be able to use video calling for coaching clients, i.e. would there be a limit on how long the call can be?

Do you know if any of your clients are using for this purpose?

Are we able to record the sessions for training purposes?

We have not integrated a payment gateway yet.

When a bookable appointment is created, then it can be specified how long it should last.

Session recording is already on our public roadmap. Just vote for your missing features.

This helps us to prioritize the next developments.

I bought license tier 1, there is status "custom branding (no let's connect branding)" but after embedding the live chat widget this is displayed at the bottom "powered by Let’s Connect"

I don't understand?

I wanted to send the e-mail, but somehow the branding disappeared.

Maybe it took some time after buying before the branding goed away.

Hi, I bought Letconnect and tested it.

What I notice is that a lot of the text, buttons and labels in the live chat are in German language.

I can't translate them in the settings. Will there be a Dutch translation soon or a possibility to translate that strings manually?

And you said I could see the URL which the visitor is on. But I can only see it when clicking the very small 'i' icon in the top right of the incoming request. Could this be displayed in a more prominent way so you can see it directly?

And I tested the setting to not display chat when offline, but after closing the browser, the status remains at "online". How to change the availablity manually? And why does it not change when closing the browser?

I have forward the issue with the language to our dev team, they will look into it. English should be the default. Will be fixed as soon as possible.

About your question, if we could display the location of the visitor more prominent". I will forward this to our design team. This is not always possible in a nice way because sometimes the URLs are quite long and not nice to read. But let's see if our designers will find a solution.

The best would be to log out once you are finished working. If you just close your browser, it took a while to recognise it and it will set you offline.

But I would recommend logout.

We are also planning to integrate kind of an "automatic logout" feature if someone forgot to log out and was also not closing his browser. But this is still a concept right now.

Hi there, curious to know more as to how this works.

Few questions.

1. Does the phone call go through carrier charges or internet voip?

2. What if I’m not at my desk / office / pc? Will call come through to my mobile?

I understand that you integrate with my calendar - but still, I prefer for the chat / call to push through to my mobile for when I’m out n about.

No, the "phone" call is just called like this, because website visitors are just not familiar with an audio call. In the end, it is an audio call through WebRTC with a P2P connection.

So no additional costs.

2. Our software is responsive and can be used on desktop and mobile via the browser. What we also offer is a progressive web app (PWA) for google chrome - at least for Android phones, this works well. On Android phones, the push message and audio signal also work with the PWA.

I am only on Apple - how reliable will this be on apple?

Example - will i receive a push notification on my phone when a visitor is attempting a chat / call from our website?

Apple blocks push notifications for PWAs at the moment.
