Hi, I bought Letconnect and tested it. What I notice is that a lot of the text, buttons and labels in the live chat are in German language. I can't translate them in the settings. Will there be a Dutch translation soon or a possibility to translate that strings manually? And you said I could see the URL which the visitor is on. But I can only see it when clicking the very small 'i' icon in the top right of the incoming request. Could this be displayed in a more prominent way so you can see it directly? And I tested the setting to not display chat when offline, but after closing the browser, the status remains at "online". How to change the availablity manually? And why does it not change when closing the browser?

    I have forward the issue with the language to our dev team, they will look into it. English should be the default. Will be fixed as soon as possible.

    About your question, if we could display the location of the visitor more prominent". I will forward this to our design team. This is not always possible in a nice way because sometimes the URLs are quite long and not nice to read. But let's see if our designers will find a solution.

    The best would be to log out once you are finished working. If you just close your browser, it took a while to recognise it and it will set you offline.
    But I would recommend logout.
    We are also planning to integrate kind of an "automatic logout" feature if someone forgot to log out and was also not closing his browser. But this is still a concept right now.
