- Many of us spent $$$s to support your project by buying the top plan. But only a few months later there is a new plan for $$$ a month, ironically from features put forward by the community. Very shady practice. Will you rethink and add the features to what was the top plan only a short while ago? You are at risk of losing the community, but now you have the money maybe it doesn't matter to you.

- Many of the monthly/yearly upsell features are things you told us Appsumo buyers would be completed by "next quarter", a quick keyword search through this question section will show that. While I continue to see pretty much the same copy & paste response from Lindo.ai in this section, those responses are simply not accurate and to be candid very insulting to your user base. All people are asking for is the features, you lead all of us to believe were coming "next quarter" as you put it, when you took our money!
