Are you aware of the ramifications you have opened yourself up to with this? Companies have been fined millions with less egregious actions. If/when you are fined, how can we expect this to affect the platform? Would $1million in fines tank this business, or would it survive.
Instead of keeping up your word, further enhance "pro" plan so that we, all AppSumo Supporters could benefit of new functionalities, you decided to launch new tiers leaving us out in the dry so you could try to sell us upsells.
