Q: WHY ARE YOU LIMITING SUMOLINGS AFTER MAKING US BUY THE DEAL
As an early Tier 5 buyer from the AppSumo deal, I’m concerned about being pushed toward a monthly plan to access future upgrades, which were initially promised as part of our lifetime purchase. We invested in your product early, trusting we’d receive all future updates without additional costs.
Please honor the original agreement and provide the value promised to your early supporters. We want to continue backing your success but feel this change is unfair.

I came here saying the same, I feel very dissapointed and this must be reported to AppSumo. You not honoring Tier 5 Deals is really a disgrace. Many of us paid a lot of money for the attractive offer and to support you. Only to find out now that you are trying to charge us a monthly fee for an "Elite Plan".????? this is very unethical.

I've purchased many Appsumo products and this is unfortunately common for products that don't know how to market themselves, its a cash grab. Development has been slow with Lindo and I bought it as an early adopter waiting months for this half baked product to have the features that would make them usable, and now that they have built them they want to charge their tier 5 early adopters?!

This introduction of an Elite plan reeks of bad faith. Many of us have Tier 5 and limped along with you as you slowly made updates. Now the product is coming together and you're leaving early adopters with a less than promised product. Surely the potential earnings you may make from a handful of people who may go with the Elite subscription is not worth the ill will this decision creates.

I am sure there are good reasons to introduce a new Tier "Elite" plan, however as we have seen deals like Ranktracker (also LTD deal on AppSumo) it lead to loads of negative publicity for the Ranktracker, stagnating growth and reputation to say the least. Which not only affects the T5 buyers, but also the people who are now getting the subscription plan. When shit hits the fan, it hits everyone...

I cannot believe LindoAI is just quiet about it. This is so bad. AppSumo is not helping either because "technically" LindoAI is not enhancing Pro but adding features to another plan which apparently we are not covered for. If we would have known that they had planned to make Pro the basic plan, do you really think we would have purchased Tier 5? LindoAI´s practices are very unethical.

68 dollars a month is not a small fee.... Its an insane pricing and its usually 50% more... I am a small private user and bought tier 2 to design a few sites for myself to be rid of the endless update cycle of wordpress. But I'm still waiting on descent design options within Lindo. Now it seems that these options (or anything nice) will only be launched in the elite plan... Not cool.
