I bought this deal as an alternative to Riverside - the ability to record video separately for 2 or more people and then to automatically combine them for an awesome viewing experience.
I recorded 1 podcast - and for two weeks now I have been unable to combine the recordings because that feature is unavailable. I would have been better off with Zoom. Not reassuring that these huge tech glitches are long and happening during the refund period. I'm out.
