Q: Why is my account in trial mode?

I had my Tier 3 account activated yesterday, but it still shows as a trial. I scheduled a demo to address this issue for the 4th at 9 am, as it might be a glitch, but I received an email saying my meeting was canceled. I logged out and back in this morning, and my account is still in trial. Could you please fix this error or reactivate my scheduled meeting, because I have some other questions as well?
