Q: Run-status indicator
Hi, are you planning to add a clear run-status indicator (in the extension tab) that shows when an automation is running and producing results? Right now there’s no signal, I’ve waited several minutes with no feedback and can’t tell if the agent is active or stuck (run history is not enough imo). It should distinguish “running (please wait)” vs “inactive/nothing happening.” For example, in your Power Formulas tool there’s a visible in-cell loading indicator. Without status, timeouts, or even a basic ETA/progress, it feels like guesswork to know whether anything is actually running.
Also, are you planning to release more walkthroughs and guides? Aside from your website and one video, there’s a real lack of material showing how to use the tool. I’ve already run into multiple errors with no explanation of what they mean or how to fix them.

Run-status indicator
Yes, clearer run visibility is something we’re actively working toward. We understand that not knowing whether an automation is:
running,
waiting,
queued,
completed,
or stalled
creates uncertainty and hurts the real-time usability.
Improving this includes:
clearer execution signals while an agent is running,
more informative run history states (e.g. triggered, running, completed, failed),
and better feedback when something cannot run or times out.
Your comparison to the in-cell loading indicator is fair — visibility and confidence during execution are important, especially for longer-running tasks.
Documentation, walkthroughs & error explanations
You’re also right here. While the product has grown significantly, the documentation and learning material hasn’t kept pace, and we acknowledge that gap.
What we’re working on:
more step-by-step walkthroughs and real-world examples,
clearer explanations of common errors and how to fix them,
improved in-product guidance so users don’t have to guess or search externally.
Appreciation for the feedback
Feedback like this is extremely helpful because it comes from real usage, not theory. These points are being fed directly into our roadmap to improve usability, transparency, and onboarding.

Hi Wei & Logic Sheet team, thanks for the reply. A few specifics would help users trust the progress:
1. Docs & videos: What’s the timeline (month/quarter) for new tutorials, use cases, and troubleshooting? There are only 6 videos on your channel, and the last Logic Sheet video was posted over 2 years ago. Other buyers have raised this too.

2. Run visibility: A run indicator is essential for real-time use and should be a basic feature. It can't be assumed an automation is running just because it's cloud-based. Without visibility, the tool is unusable in real time. If a real-time indicator isn't planned, will you add clearer signals in Run History (e.g., "trigger not fired," "in queue," "running," "stalled," "timeout")?

3. Support responsiveness: I emailed your team four days ago about a basic automation setup and haven't received a response yet. What's your SLA for AppSumo customers?
A concrete timeline (even quarter-level) on the above would build confidence in ongoing development.
Hi thanks for your feedback! I will add these to our development roadmap and implement them. About the late response, could you please send an email to [email protected] so that I can follow up? Thanks.
