Advance insights hasn't worked for me for a few months now and no one has responded to help emails from the "get Help" section in app. It's been over two weeks now. I love using it for researching videos but it is completely useless for that function if the advance insights functionality is not working.

Here we go - Current app version: 6.11.6, Last update: 20 Mar 2025, 08:47 and obviously AppSumo does not care at all. Maekersuite did not even pay for Canny that runs Roadmap. Check their widget and link to Roadmap. No communication. No updates. Nothing works. It's dead and AppSumo what? nothing just another blank email how they are not able to refund its users even tho "we back your guarantee". It's just pure slang, empty promises.

This comes right after a two-week ordeal just to resolve log-in issues. Now, even after finally getting access, the platform is dead in the water. What’s worse: there’s no clear communication about outages, no ETA for a fix, and no acknowledgement from Maekersuite that users are stuck with a broken tool. This isn’t just a technical hiccup. It’s a breach of trust. We paid for a service based on promises of reliable A.I.-powered content creation. Instead, we get downtime, delays, silence, and mounting frustration. I’m forced to ask: Has this company collapsed? Is our money simply gone?
