I am on Tier2 plan, but when I ask to enable SMTP protocol, it is charged monthly. I really don't understand this. Here is the answer from Alfred from customer service: " To use our Transactional feature, there is an additional monthly payment. If you are okay with proceeding, please let me know."

Are you planning on responding to the influx of recent poor ratings? Is this tool being actively developed? I purchased max tier when the deal was live but haven’t gotten around to setting it up because of the massive hassle of transferring everything over. A bit concerned reading all these these comments.
