Beware of Misleading Claims and Poor Customer Support
My encounter with Mailercloud left much to be desired. Despite their promises of unlimited email sending capability, the reality was far from it. Upon logging in, I was surprised to find out that I was restricted to sending only 5000 emails per day. This stark contrast between their marketing claims and actual service felt like a betrayal of trust.
Adding to the frustration, Mailercloud mentions a temporary daily limit on emails to prevent spam activity, but conveniently fails to disclose that this limit is capped at 5000 emails. For users with larger subscriber lists, such as myself, this limitation felt like a slap in the face and raised serious doubts about the integrity of their business practices.
My attempts to seek assistance from Mailercloud's customer support proved equally disappointing. Instead of receiving personalized assistance, I was met with generic, automated responses that did little to address my concerns. It was evident that genuine customer care was sorely lacking.
What was most concerning, however, was Mailercloud's apparent lack of commitment to resolving issues. Rather than engaging in meaningful dialogue to rectify the situation, they seemed more inclined to offer a quick refund as a means of brushing aside the problem.
In light of these experiences, it begs the question: how can users trust Mailercloud with the vital task of delivering their emails when their business practices appear deceptive and their customer support lacks sincerity? For those seeking a reliable email marketing solution, Mailercloud falls short of expectations and leaves much to be desired.
Too bad I can't give 0 stars.

We have already mentioned this in the terms on AppSumo. Please click on the link to view the screenshot: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/47703870?key=4d9cb262c6a2806743adcef96bca4f53.
Your plan does include unlimited emails, but we start with a limit of 5,000 emails per day. This helps protect your email reputation, helps us prevent spam, and keeps our system running smoothly for everyone.
Don’t worry, this limit isn't fixed forever! As you send more emails and follow good practices, we'll increase this limit. Eventually, you might not have a limit at all if everything goes well. 😊
We hope you will reconsider your decision.
Thanks
