Q: Is this suitable for Whatsapp Business or we need Whatsaap Buisness API to use Whatsapp CRM?

It works with both options:
• WhatsApp Business App (via QR connection)
• WhatsApp Business API (official API connector)
So you can start right away with your existing WhatsApp Business account using the QR method, and if later you want to scale, you can also connect through the API.
