Maxim has been really awesome to make the time to meet for a live 1:1 video call with new members like myself. It's the perfect way to get introduced to the community, learn about the features, and kickstart my own activities. The interface is clean and simple -- no downloads required for the weekly meetings and there is even a Slack channel too.
