MailEngine - WordPress-based Autoresponder with Advanced Features

Q: I would like to send cold emails, using multiple gmail Workspace accounts, via SMTP or Google API.

When I send these emails, can I add custom domains, associated with each domain?

For example, one of my SMTP accounts would use:

Email1@Domain1.com

and the custom tracking link would be at Domain1.com

The next email that gets sent out, uses Email 2@Domain2.com and that email would also have a custom tracking domain, but it would be at Domain2.com

I want to reduce my footprint in outbound emails, and associate my tracking pixels with the same domain as the SMTP email account is setup on ...

Is that possible?

Also, is there any methods to introduce a delay between sent emails?

A: Hello,

Thanks for your query.

- Yes, you can add the custom link click in MailEngine.
kindly go through this tutorial https://youtube.com/watch?v=kRL3AaNOz-Y&list=PLHM_l9cKmKaO7BafihB7T36-XelRmVnty&index=3 on how to create links and add it to the email.

- If you want to reduce your footprint in outbound emails.

1. You can check your email content whether it contains any spam words on not.

2. You can reduce your image or docs size before adding it to your email.
All other things we care about MailEngine like delay time between emails
and spinning the SMTP during mail send, spin text etc.

You can clean your list through email verification, kindly go through

- Yes, click on the email settings and there you will get the setting of delay the time
between the mails.

Thank you!
