Q: Chat history. Logic function. Payment methods
Hello,
1) Do you have chat history? If yes, where and how are we capturing data? If no, what is the usual solution?
2) Is there chat logic, where clients ask certain questions and we can lead them to answers based on logic? When AI agent answers questions, it will switch to live agent when not satisfied answer is given?
3) Is the agent live only, or AI?
What AI can we use? Claude/OpenAI/or?
Is it a 'Bring Your Own Key' agent?
4) Can we give the AI agent a knowledge base?
5) Will you be adding more payment integrations like Paypal and more?
6) I see that you will need us to use a new number. Must I have a whatsapp business account, or is a normal phone number okay?
7) Is there a public roadmap on future features?
