I have my main business and a side project in a completely different niche (and therefore, domain/calendar). Can I get Tier 1 and set up a "department" for the other side business? Would the bot have the same name or different? Are there other branding considerations here? Can I connect more than one calendar in Tier 1? If not, what if I go Tier 2 so I have 2 "hosts" (even though it's just me) each configured with preferences that work best for each business or is it somehow tied to a particular domain? I see 6 month retention: what do we 'lose' after the video is gone. I presume the overview stats are unaffected. If we've downloaded the video, I guess we lose the ability to share snippets, scrub through etc. Are the transcriptions also deleted? (Confusingly, I've seen mention of retention with this deal being indefinite?) In a future scenario where I may add part time help to my business, could I create a free account for them to my organization in addition to my Tier 1? I know a public API isn't on the roadmap; how about webhooks for those of us that don't want to pay for Zapier? (I use SyncSpider, for example - and I've seen other requests for Pabbly). Finally, I've read that your key focus is those highlighted platforms. Consider this my vote for LiveWebinar as I use the platform for meetings. I understand I can upload meetings after but that it cannot identify speakers, etc. so not as useful as a default integration. Apologies for the 20 questions!

I believe this will answer at least half of your questions. Because this is a lifetime deal and the value you'll get is crazy, for your situation it's best to go with Tier 2, with multiple hosts. A host can connect only one calendar at a time, and have only one bot that you can rename.

At this point, branding means you can rename your bot. Further custom features will be added along the way. 🙂

That is the default time limit for which we commit 100% to store all your data. At this point, your recordings are safe with Meetgeek and stored as long as you have an active account. No matter the situation, we will notify you prior to making any changes in this regard. But please take what it's listed on Appsumo as a 100% commitment.

Webhooks are on the roadmap. We can't confirm a release date, but it will definitely happen.

Although there are many meeting platforms out there, Meetgeek has a native integration (no plugins or chrome extensions are needed) with the top three: Zoom (free or paid), Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. And yes, uploading a pre-recorded meeting, due to the nature of the file, won't have the speakers labeled.

Thank you - that does. Here's to tier 2!
