I purchased the Black Friday offer at Tier 3 by accident. I was intending to purchase Tier 2. I asked for a refund for the Tier 3 and then was blocked by security to purchase Tier 2. I messaged AppSumo about this because I did not want to purchase through AppSumo Plus but did not hear back promptly and then the entire Minvo package was sold out after I had checked in with them again. Please advise how I might be able to access Tier 2 at the Black Friday rate as I had wished originally. Thank you. Best, Christine
