Hello, How can I invite a customer? I have tried everything but nothing seems to work. No customer gets the invitation after trying 5 customers and waiting up to 20 minutes.
I have contacted via my agency plan chat and I hope you can help me soon.
I want to make sure I understand the stack correctly. So the tier 3-5 plans I could set up review requests for different businesses? Like a dentist and a roofer in the same while label account but set up for that individual business? Then the difference between the tiers would be the total volume of reviews requested per month (blended across all businesses we are sending review requests for?)
A: Yes. The requests would be across all your clients projects. But each project can be limited to its own monthly allotment. And the client portal would have your branding on it for each of your clients.
Q: What are your plans to generate MRR from Agencies? Are you considering an Unlimited Everything plan with BYOK?
What’s your plan for generating monthly recurring revenue with agencies? The current model doesn’t seem sustainable for you long term.
I’d suggest a plan for agencies where everything is unlimited, but must BYOK's (Bring Your Own Keys) for costs like email sending, SMS, and AI. You’d charge a fixed monthly fee to cover server and other costs, while agencies handle their variable expenses. For example, start at $xx/month, later increasing the price for new subscribers while keeping it locked for early adopters.
Alternatively, instead of a full agency plan, you could offer an agency add-on with the same structure. No limits at all...just pay $xx/month and BYOK's.
A: I haven't given it a ton of thought yet regarding agencies. I built that out because it was commonly asked for on AS. But yes, it would be somewhat like an enterprise plan. I am not sure the BYOK approach matters that much. For a monthly fee, all my costs are covered anyway.
It would most likely just be a level up from the 3rd plan, where you get a certain number of requests, locations, and...
Hey, How do i make the integration to collect and pull existing google reviews into the app?
Do I need to be owner/manager of the google Business profile? Or do I need to do the authentication? or does it just scrape the data?
I just want to know how difficult it is to do this.... I dont want to annoy and scare my clients by asking them to go through too much verification processes. Thanks alot!!
Oh and what are your thoughts around whatsapp for review requests? is it possible in the future?
I represent various schools. Generating positive reviews is a huge must for us. I can see using this once per client, and then recommending each buy their own monthly subscription. So I have two questions: 1) Does this connect directly to school review websites like Niche.com, School Digger.com, and the like? 2) Do you offer a paid affiliate program?
A: 1. You can request reviews on any website, it just won't pull those reviews back in automatically (except for Google). But you can import them via CSV. I just launched a way to import reviews via URLs, and it's possible down the line I can add to that if the platforms do not have their own APIs to work with. It works with 4 major platforms right now.
