JW71728Q: Changing cname and branding
My company has changed its name and branding. Is it possible to update my CNAME and all branding while keeping everything else intact, without any consequences for my existing customers who are already using this great software?

Jun 13, 2025A: You can easily change branding in settings > appearance. If you change the CNAME while emails have already been sent out, it will break the review page links. You could stop sending requests and wait a bit before changing, or you'd have to make a new project for the new brand and use that going forward.

Maybe I should have mentioned this: I have an agency plan. Will my clients who also use this software under my agency plan be affected if I change the CNAME?
You will need to keep that domain and your record in place, until all your clients point to your new CNAME. Seems a little tricky to pull off. Can you reach out via the support bubble on the site and we can troubleshoot this?
