Always getting "Could not save this link" error

I’ve been trying to use MyMemo to capture and organize links, but I keep encountering a "Could not save this link" error repeatedly. This defeats the core purpose of a link/knowledge saving tool. The user experience feels incomplete and unreliable until this issue is resolved. Hope the team can fix this bug soon.

Thanks for flagging this, and sorry it got in your way.

You were right. Saving links was failing for a few hours on 26 July, and it's fixed now — saving has been working normally since. Please give it another try.

If anything still won't save for you, write to [email protected] and we'll help you sort it out.

Enjoying MyMemo AI So Far

I really appreciate the functionality of MyMemo, the web app, the extension, and the app. It is clean, easy to use, and includes MCP (at an additional cost). I agree with @floedebolle; having some recurring amount of MCP connections would make the process more manageable; having to track MCP connections and remember to purchase before you run out adds unnecessary friction. Even a recurring add-on after purchase would be helpful.

I would also like to be able to click on the auto-assigned tags to filter by them. [UPDATE 2026-07-23: This functionality now works. I am not sure if it was just not working when I tried it, or if it was added as a new feature - either way, glad to have it.]

Here is a video where I do a basic overview of using MyMemo AI:

I forgot to show that beyond links via the Chrome extension, you can also add new notes, files (PDF, DOC, Excel, TXT), YouTube videos, audio... This weekend, I will be using the MCP connection to test working with MyMemo via MCP.

Thanks for the detailed review, and for making the video. That's a real help to people trying to work out whether MyMemo fits how they think.

On MCP: you and @floedebolle are both right. Having to watch your balance and top up before it runs out is friction we put on you, and a renewing option is the obvious answer. We're working out
what that should look like. I'd rather not name a shape or...

Very good product

I like this product and the direction it is taking. I can save tons of files and notes and memories in their portal and easily access them from my mobile phone. The MCP integration in particular is really a nice leap.

I wish there was an even higher tier(s) that gave monthly recurring MCP credits - would love it if the Team agreed to this.

Finally showing its true potential after a dramatic renewal!

I’ve been a 3-code user since July 2025. My primary use case is using MyMemo as a central hub to dump all the valuable information and insights I come across while browsing the web.

Before the May 2026 renewal, the app struggled with numerous bugs, and the AI chat was barely usable—the reliable "Memocast" feature was my only savior at the time. Since the chat didn't function properly for such a long period, I was honestly worried that the app had been abandoned by the developers.

However, the recent renewal completely turned things around! The stability has improved significantly, and the chat now works flawlessly. It feels like the app has finally crossed the starting line and its true potential is blooming.

While a few minor bugs still remain, I am confident the dev team will iron them out in future updates to provide a smoother user experience. I’ll keep supporting MyMemo with high expectations for its future!

Hi k_biz,
Thank you! It feels incredibly rewarding to hear this, especially knowing you've stuck around for so long. The past few months weren't easy, but knowing you can finally enjoy the app makes every bit of the grind worth it. We see the remaining glitches too, and we're on it. We're going to keep pushing to make this the tool you always hoped it would be.

Hi bhagsy,
Sorry to hear you're staring at a blank login page—that shouldn't be happening, and we're ready to fix it right now.
While we understand your frustration in this moment, claiming the app is getting worse doesn't reflect the reality of the heavy upgrades and stability fixes we've recently deployed.
If you want this solved, we need specifics. Please share your device details, browser...
