- I purchased 3 codes for NeuronWriter via AppSumo redeemed them successfully at that time. The system displayed that the codes were redeemed, and they are now marked as used, so I believed my plan was properly upgraded. However, after checking recently, it seems the upgraded plan is not applied to my account. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? How should I proceed?
