NinjaTools Questions

I've been trying to log in repeatedly over the past few days and weeks. Today it worked. I was able to access previously created images and even start a chat request. So I received replies.

Has something changed? Is the service working again? I'm curious about your experiences.

I have also been unable to access my account. It says that I am on a free plan, but I have Tier 3.

I sent an email to the support team, which was opened, but there’s been no response.

Is this tool now defunct?!

Unable to log in!

I haven't been able to log in to Ninja Tools for days, and the promised service isn't being provided. Other users are having the same problem, so I'm wondering if the site is down—which I hope isn't the case—or perhaps even insolvent?

I would therefore appreciate a response regarding the status of your app.

Cannot not login to Ninja Tools !
What is going on ?

It worked fine in the past, but Anthropic Sonnet no longer works for me.
I submitted feedback after my email to their support address bounced back.
I used to really like this one, but it is turning into another disappointing purchase.
