Not as advertised, and super difficult for unexperienced people

I'm not a programmer (yet) and I'm okey with it, this app looked very promising "drop and build", but it is not; still you need to be a programmer to make a benefit from it, you should understand what is "container", "wrapper" and "data source".

Maybe you don't have to code, still you need to think as a programmer.

I tried to search YouTube for learning source "think Figma" but only few materials where available with exactly 16 videos on Nowa's official channel posted during about 2 years!

Hey omar154,

I appreciate your feedback. The concepts of "Container", "Wrapper" and "Data source" are NOT programming concepts and you don't need to be a developer to understand them, they are just simple concepts inside Nowa to help you customize your app, and they are pretty simple once you read them. Think of it like using "Painter" to draw on your computer, you still need to know concepts like pen shape, gradient, etc.

For the concepts you mentioned, here's a simple overview on them:

- Container: it's just a shape widget that you can drop on the screen, and you can give it a radius, background image, color, etc. Read more here: https://docs.nowa.dev/ui/widgets/widget_desc/container

- Wrapper: is just a property you can add to existing widgets such as rotation, or giving them the ability to listen to user clicks. Read more here: https://docs.nowa.dev/wrappers

- Data source: it's just the source you will get your data from, like Firebase, or your own API

Plus all those concepts are explained in a one video, which is a full UI tutorial Youtube video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wrVzVtj_v-4

Also, all those are mentioned in the documentation, which seems to me you missed seeing it. We have documentation that explains everything on https://docs.nowa.dev and it's mentioned on the deal page. If you had a problem understanding something there just let us know :)

Regarding the YouTube channel, it's our secondary education resource after the main documentation. We know 16 videos aren't enough and we have mentioned this in our community before, therefore we already working on a new playlist with a lot of videos covering real-life use cases from A to Z. The next one is building an AI chat assistant with ChatGPT that will be released this week.

Also when you have any questions or need help please don't hesitate to reach out to us at team@nowa.dev 📧 or using our official community 👯 (https://community.nowa.dev) and also the Discord community 👬 (https://discord.gg/ByKfn3H7gX) We will be always there to help and we will be always active, so even if you couldn't find what you looking for just try to reach out, please.

I hope that you can take a second look at your review because we believe it's a little harsh. Hope to see you happy with Nowa after this :)
