Support is absolutely terrible and refuses to take accountability for their platform’s issues, instead blaming users. Basic functions like saving client data—addresses, phone numbers, etc.—simply don’t work. They just discovered this problem today (11/21/2024) and claim it will take 2-3 days to fix. Are you serious? Saving client information is a fundamental feature!

As a programmer, I’m baffled—if the basics don’t work, how can they justify charging for this platform? On top of that, importing client data doesn’t work either. When I asked support about it, they said it might take a year or two to fix. A year or two? Unacceptable. Stay far away.
