Q: API reference
Hey,
I wanted to take a look at the API capabilities, but I was only able to find the "Enroll Student Action" and "List All Courses" endpoints for Zapier and Papply - which both seem to need a plattform related API token.
I do not use neither Zapier nor Pabbly.
Is there a general API that can be used independently of third-party platforms? If so, where can I find the documentation?
I would like to integrate the platform into a holistic solution and thus control the creation of students, the activation for courses and the authorizations for the community etc. completely via an external script.
Is that possible?

Edited Jul 8, 2025A: Hi Ben,
Thank you for reaching out with your interest in API capabilities. Currently, our platform's API is designed to work with Zapier and Pabbly for specific actions such as enrolling students and listing courses. At the moment, we do not have a general API available for use outside of these integrations, but the good news is that we have this on our product roadmap for a future update. Our development team is always working on expanding our features, and we will keep our users informed as new functionalities are added. Please stay tuned to our newsletter for these updates.
For the actions you're interested in, like creating student accounts, activating courses, and managing community authorizations, these would typically be handled within the platform or through the available Zapier and Pabbly integrations.
Please feel free to reach out to the support team at helpdesk@onlinecoursehost.com for further assistance anytime. Thank you for choosing our service.
Thanks for the feedback about that, Michael.
Do you already have an ETA for the API capabilities I've mentioned above?
Using Zapier or Papply isn't an option in my case.
And handling all the mentioned tasks manually makes it a dealbreaker for me, unfortunately.
I understand your need for direct API capabilities. At this moment, we do not have an ETA for this feature. We recommend staying tuned to our newsletter so you don't miss an update. I recognize the importance of this to you, and I want to assure you that your feedback is valuable to us.
I will pass your concerns on to our development team as a prompt. Thank you for your choice of our service.
