1. Users must be invited to the academy and will need to register using their email to access any courses. Does the tool support SSO?
2. Course-Level Access
Can users can be granted access to specific courses rather than the entire academy?
3. User Integration & Enrollment
Is there any API to automate user creation and enrollment into courses.
4. Content Visibility for Non-Enrolled Users
Can non-enrolled users view course descriptions or sample introductory sections, with the rest of the content locked.
5. Adding Users to Courses
Does the tool provide an API to assign users to individual courses, or if this can be done manually.
6. Payment Flow
Do you provide payment gateway for Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal?.
7. Certificates
Do you provide Automatic Course Completion Certificates (in PDF sent via email) for the completed courses?

Thank you for writing in. Below are the answers to your questions:
1. Yes, they need to sign in with email and password or with Google, and yes, they just need to enter their details once to access your platform. However, access to courses depends on the payment setup.
2. Yes, users can be granted access to individual courses. For subscriptions, you can also decide on the courses to include, so that they don't have access to every course.
3. Yes, you can do both with Zapier and/or Pabbly. However, if they pay directly with PayPal and Stripe on the platform, you wouldn't need to use Zapier or Pabbly for the enrollment.
4. Un-enrolled students can see the course sales page (title, author information, features, description, lesson titles, etc.). However, they can not view the content of the course.
5. This can be done manually from your manage students enrollment tab in the Admin dashboard.
6. Yes, there are direct integrations with Stripe and PayPal on the platform. For Razorpay, you will have to connect it via Zapier or Pabbly, receive payments outside the platform, and have Zapier and Pabbly handle the enrollment for you.
7. Yes, students can download their certificates from the course player after completing the course or from the certificates tab. All they will receive as an email is the completion congratulations message, not the PDF copy of the certificates.
