I was so excited to find this because I've been looking for an alternative to the other service I've been using for quite some time. I purchased this on March 16th, and as of today (August 1st), my setup is still not complete. I have been trying to get this to work the entire summer, but so far no luck. I have sent in help requests for several weeks now, and still no clear answers. They read your questions and answer with a generic help doc that has nothing to do with what you're asking about, so it seems like they're not actually very interested in helping. My issue is that the pop-up (trying to map it to a specific button) appears no matter what you click, and locks all other links on the page. I'm a very patient person, but I think 8 weeks is too long for you to be waiting for help to get things up and running. Very frustrating.
