Q: Could you please explain the logic behind not including major stocks?
I know you mention a 4 year cut off for data, but I don't understand why you couldn't provide that cut-off on existing big stocks? I think that as a tool if you are only going to cover a limited number of stocks there needs to be a lot more explanation as to why this limitation is in place, because you are effectively taking a strategic line that is removing the choice of stocks from users for a set of criteria only you know. I use Tykr and OutPerform and they are very specific tools for what they do. I want to continue using Outlyr as it fits a niche around market psychology and when to time buy and sell movements, but it is going to be severely limited if it only covers a fraction of the available markets for a reason that is not 100% clear? This will also limit user adoption of the product as part of their trading strategy.

May 15, 2024A: Let me try to take a stab at it...I believe TYKR & Outperform are tools that are built around fundamental data / may be analyst ratings ( not very familiar with the platforms) . We don't take that same route...
I ll start with what we don't touch ....We don't touch companies that are below $2B market cap because of few reasons- liquidity and they may be susceptible to manipulation ....Another limitation is that we need atleast 4+ years of data to onboard any company....AI models need certain amount of data to train before they can predict meaningful out put.....We are planning to onboard number of stocks /ETFs after our next product update and you may see many new stocks which are not available today will be made available ....
We will try to do best in future to cover as many stocks as we can( onboarding new stocks on more frequent basis ) but knowing our limitations, we may not be able to cover everything . One thing that you will be pleased though is quality of information that we provide on our coverage list . I am happy to answer more questions or provide a bit more explanation or even a demo in case you wish to speak directly, here is my calendly link: https://calendly.com/mahesh-wwu/30min
