I purchased the Tier 2 software, and so far:

1. It has helped me understand journal content.
2. It assists me in composing articles based on journal citations.
3. It gives me many ideas on how to turn journals into content tips that I implement on my social media accounts.

However, there are some drawbacks:

1. I primarily use Indonesian, and I would like your software to allow users to set a default output language. Perhaps through a custom prompt or something similar. This is especially important for the AI Assistant writing feature, which always outputs in English when writing.
2. It still has weaknesses in reading PDF journals. When I download journals from other sources and upload them, the AI sometimes misreads them. Fortunately, you provide a manual feature to complete journal data.

I hope my feedback is heard. Your software will be used across many countries in the future, and AI can definitely help produce outputs in multiple languages.
