Primarily this is a Fantastic, well organised chat app! Overall using PinChat has felt easy to implement on desktop and mobile devices.

Pros...

1) I love to set tags and create folders to organise chats (one request.. to be able to nest folders inside folders!)

2) I love the link/ QR code to chat, this is a great feature

Slight Issue...

1) When I integrated PinChat and SuperOkay with the specified source script the chat widget seem to take a long time to load. Testing PinChat on a Local Wordpress installation was also very slow to initiate a chat.
